After a weekend in Muskegon, we had to go shopping to keep the troops fed for the week. I went to the store with Hayden while Violet helped to cut Libby’s hair.
While at Meijer, Hayden and I looked at fish, lobsters, and got food. He was good while we were at Meijer, but as we were leaving, he started yelling penny penny! I blazed by the horse, because usually Hayden doesn’t like to ride it. Today however, he really wanted to ride it. I asked if he wanted to say giddy up, but he answered with a resounding NO!
One step at a time.
I wonder if Hayden will ever get to the "big machine" stage. We have pictures of little Mikey crawling all over "big machines" on his special days with A-Boo. Grammy
I think he's already in the "big machine" phase – he gets that really deep voice and says, "BIG TRUCK." Usually, when we go to Meijer, Violet is the one who rides the horse and Hayden will give a resounding, "NO" when asked if he wants to ride.
