Last Wednesday, Hayden lost his first tooth. It took a bit to get this posted because I wanted to post the video with it.
This afternoon, the kids are being crazy. Violet is playing with Tangrams and Hayden is working on building some Lego Technics. They keep singing and dancing too, so when the song began about “teddy grahams” instead of the “tangrams,” I had to laugh.

Realizing winter is likely to be winding down soon, I took the kids up to Caberfae this past weekend. Both hills were open and the kids and I had a chance to go down almost all of the runs. The weather was great and no one got injured. Another successful ski trip.
Last Friday the kids had a day off from school so I took a day off from work and we all went skiing at Timber Ridge. We got there at 10am and stayed there until about 5pm. It was a good deal because the kids got free lift tickets and we got a $5 lunch…
I have been cleaning up pictures and videos from my computer and ran into some video clips from our trip this summer to Wilderness Resort. The video shows us having fun in the water park as well as the arcade and play area.
The other weekend we went up to Muskegon and had some winter fun with the snow they had up there. While it wasn’t a whole lot of snow, it was a lot compared to what we had down in Portage. The video shows some of the fun with the snow we had while in Muskegon.
