This was a long process, but in the end, we found the perfect little one to join our family. This past Saturday, with the help of all of the grandparents and Mike, the puppy was picked up and brought to our house as a complete surprise.
First the kids were surprised by a visit by all of the grandparents – but then came the puppy. Here’s the video of the introduction:
I think Hayden will come around to having a dog – as he says, he’s “not much of a dog person.” On the other hand, Violet is utterly in love.
