Jeepers Creepers

Tonight Hayden threw a bowl. I asked him to pick it up but he didn’t listen. After trying to get his attention a few times, I elevated my voice and walked up to him and told him to pick it up. He looked startled and ended up picking up the bowl and putting it away. As he was walking away he huffed loudly and said “Jeepers Creepers”. He repeated this a few times as he walked to put the bowl away. Libby and I looked at each other and tried not to laugh while we pretended we didn’t hear it.
