It’s About Time

For those who do not like living in Michigan do not read any further.

Much to my enjoyment and to the enjoyment of the kids, today was the first day that we got any measurable amount of snow. After we ate a relatively quick dinner, Libby and I suited up the kids and took them outside. They both "helped" us shovel as well as sliding down the driveway on their sled. After doing that for a while we came in and enjoyed some hot cocoa to warm up.

As far as I’m concerned, it’s about time that we got some snow!
