Libby got back from her business trip tonight and the kids were ecstatic. After dinner and a bit of playing Libby read the new books that she got the kids before bed time. Libby’s trip went well and my time with the kids went well.

#endToday was biometric screening for Libby and I at Stryker so the kids got to come along. They got to have hot cocoa and draw on whiteboards. Despite all of that, their favorite part was and always is going on the elevator.

Tonight Hayden cleaned the kitchen floor after dinner using the new vacuum he got after visiting Pat. This vacuuming session was one of about a dozen that happened today. Violet has progressed to size 1 shoes – which I find extremely confusing. There’s infant, then toddler through 13 then on to youth sizes. These all cost just the same amount as if I were getting a pair of shoes. But the plus is that we can get her shoes at a normal shoe store…
