Violet is adorable. Well, both of our kids are adorable. They both LOVE to sing. Ever since we saw Frozen, Violet (and Hayden) has been singing Let It Go. This afternoon, the song was playing in the living room while Violet and Hayden were painting and she just was belting it out. I played it again so I could get it on video. Not quite as good, but cute nonetheless.
A couple weeks ago, we went to see BenJammin play at Old Dog Tavern. For one of the songs they performed, they did Where The Wild Things Are and they had a musical interlude where they sang one of Hayden’s favorite songs. I’ve been asked to read that book several times since then, making sure that I sing that song on the correct pages. Here’s Hayden’s version:
