Hayden’s rash is all healed now. It only took a week. We’re not exactly sure what caused it, but we’re glad that it’s gone. We think it may have been some different hot dogs that we had, but we are hesitant about trying them again any time soon.
Luckily , the rash didn’t seem to bother him at all – no itching or swelling. The worst part had to have been the reaction to the steroids the doctor put him on. We ended up stopping them after three days. He was utterly miserable and wasn’t sleeping (which meant we weren’t sleeping either).
I’m just glad that all is well. Sometimes I think I take it for granted how easy we truly have it.
