So I was trying to keep this a secret, but I have to let the cat out of the bag.
Violet and I were making thank you cards for everyone who attended her birthday party on Saturday. After we made a few, she decided it was time to make one for her best friend at daycare, Addy.
She picked out purple paper and a lot of foam hearts to stick on it. In addition, she had me write the verbiage that is in the picture. As I was writing each sentence, she asked if I was writing what she said. In addition, I had to read it back to her so she could be assured that nothing was lost in the dictation.
Has she ever said why Addy is her best friend? Grammy
She hasn't, but I think it is for a couple reasons:<br />1. She spends most of her awake hours with her.<br />2. She is at a similar level intellectually with Addey compared to the other kids.
