Bee Bee Loud

This morning Hayden hapagee geed (had to go pee). He was squatting down grunting. Listening to this, I quickly rushed him to the bathroom and sat him on the potty. After two drops of pee came out, he said that he was all done.

Realising the being done debate was not one that I was going to win, we went upstairs to get dressed. After I got him dressed, he was playing with an animal slide that played music. This toy had two volume settings. Since it was Hayden's it was set to high. Since it was pretty loud, I turned it to low. Hayden was not impressed he turned it back up and said LOUD. After letting him play some more, I snuck in and switched it back down. Instantly, Hayden noticed and said "NO! Bee Bee Loud!" (Very Very Loud). Like the toilet, I realised this was a debate I was not going to win, so we played with the toy at a volume that was bee bee loud.

  1. Never underestimate the noise deadening power of a piece of gauze taped over the speaker – taped on the inside – before the kid gets the toy for the first time!!! Grammy Library-Ears
